Message From CEO
Founded on September 7th, 1997 by Shyam Kolhar, TEAM SRV initially specialized in the design, manufacture, and installation of special purpose machines for automobile manufacturing industries. With the addition of Ramu Karmari, Head of Designs, and Reena Kolhar, Head of Finance, as full-time working partners, the company expanded its services to engineering and process industries, as well as machine tool manufacturers, introducing machinery with advanced technologies in their respective fields.
In 2015, recognizing the potential in diversification, TEAM SRV ventured into manufacturing agricultural implements under the name SRV AGRI IMPLEMENTS. This expansion was driven by the growing demand for mechanization in agricultural activities, prompting the establishment of MOTHERSON AGRITECH PVT LTD. This research center is dedicated to developing low-cost agricultural implements with advanced technologies tailored to meet the needs of farmers.
At Mothersons, we foster innovation by encouraging farmers to design and manufacture implements based on their ideas, providing them with design support, raw materials, and manpower. Our ultimate goal at TEAM SRV is to empower farmers, making them self-reliant and sustainable in their farming activities.
